Piramide de Garcialso, 5885m

Piramide is a difficult peak in the central Cordillera Blanca of Peru. It is a beautiful fluted triangular peak, somewhat like Alpamayo in appearance. It  rises above the Laguna Paron.

Piramide from the Laguna Paron.

We have organised expeditions to climb various peaks in the Cordillera Blanca before, including the neighbouring peak of Artesonraju. See our Expeditions and Explorations page for further details.

For details of how to climb Piramide and neighbouring peaks in such as Artesonraju, Paron and Huandoy please see our guidebooks, which are available in English, Spanish, Polish and French editions, direct from us or from all good bookshops and mountaineering shops.
