Villarrica lies in northern Patagonia on the Chilean side of the Andes a short drive from the wee village of Pucon. Set on the northern slopes of an active volcano, with a magnificent view out to Lago Villarrica this is an unusual and interesting resort. There are pistes between 1200m and 2100m, with many runs in natural lava 'half-pipes' which are excellent for boarding. Our Downhill in Chile and Argentina holidays feature two days skiing at Villarrica as part of a 17 day itinerary.
